Medicine Story is heart-centered theater.
Elements of Medicine Story:
Safe container that invites authentic expression in the form of movement, writing, spoken word, and sound.
Includes solo, partnered, and group expression and collaboration.
My Inspiration: many years of mentorship with Camille Maurine (meditation teacher and creator of Moving Theater), involvement and training in expressive arts, professional training and experience as an actor/theater artist, childhood memories of freedom when dancing and singing in solitude and in community, training in meditation and life-affirming and grief rituals. Medicine Story Invites the body-mind, heart, and soul.

Feeling called to freedom?
Looking for a space to express yourself in new ways.
Feeling burned out because you give so much.
Realize you want a place to be heard.
Long to be with others who can go deep.
Here’s what we’ll do together
In a spirit of play, you explore your inner world.
Individual Sessions & Group Retreats
1:1 sessions & group retreats invite all people, mentors, and psychotherapists to give themselves the time and attention they give to others. This will be a place to pause, inquire, rest, and explore your inner landscape!
In 1:1 sessions or groups, you will enter the liminal spaces between thinking and feeling, being and doing. You will have the opportunity to experience creative expression as a doorway to catharsis, relaxation, and self-knowledge.
Utilizing the transformational learning model, individual sessions and group retreats may include a combination of the following grounding, movement, writing, drawing.
Classes & Supervision
Inviting therapists and group practices to learn Expressive Arts Therapy by using the transformational learning model
Classes invite experiential learning, time for reflection and questions, and team building.
