Mindfulness, which is both somatic and cognitive, is folded into my approach because it supports the self-realization process of therapy.
Additional and specialized healing of trauma using Trauma Resiliency Model (TRM)® which is a somatic therapy approach to resolving trauma and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Processing).
Please note, my ethics dictate a slow approach to dissolving complex trauma. There are many steps. Talking about it is only the first step.
