You may be suffering with the pain and overwhelm of anxiety and grief which can lead to feeling disconnected and misunderstood.

Being neurodiverse in some way (Highly Sensitive, ADHD, Autism Spectrum),

  • You feel stuck and depresssed. You want things to be different but you are uncertain about what steps to take. You want clarity in order to move in new directions.

  • You may feel confused because you are afraid of others' reactions to you, what you do or say. "Maybe they'll be mad at me?" "Maybe they'll leave me?" It can make having honest conversations hard or impossible.

  • Emotional neglect means the following: Your feelings were not heard or acknowledged. You did not receive support with your emotions. Your parents may have withheld affection when you did something wrong so you equated doing something wrong with being unlovable or unworthy.

  • Research demonstrates that 15-20% of people are highly sensitive. You are not alone!

We are in this together

  • Loss is part of life but nothing prepares us for it. Sometimes loss is a break up or a job loss. Other times the loss is more life altering, like a death of a loved one. Anger and hurt can accompany the sadness we feel. You can receive support as you move through it all.

  • Anxiety can cause you to expend a lot of energy overthinking and worrying, feeling awkward and scared. You are worthy of feeling more centered, confident, and calm.

  • When you feel exhausted and hurt, moving in new directions can seem impossible. You can discover ways to face change and reignite your interest in life.
